4. Cable Penetrator
E-ZEE Feed®
The E-ZEE Feed
Wellhead Penetrator System is designed for easy conversion from cable pack-off with minimal wellhead
modifications. It is supplied as a field attachable kit. This two-piece, “stab-in” design reduces cable
handling issues By permitting fast coupling of the surface cable to the penetrator, making it is Easy to
install or to pull during workovers. The E-ZEE Feed comes in both 3000 psi and 5000 psi versions to
accommodate most wellhead pressure ratings. The E-ZEE Feed is available for applications requiring
certification for hazardous locations and for applications where this is not required.

Uni-Lok™ Wellhead Penetrator
The Uni-Lok Wellhead
Penetrator System is designed to provide the quickest and easiest pass-through of ESP power at a very
competitive price. Unlike other products, the Uni-Lok system offers a complete verified pressure block
inside the tubing hanger ensuring that downhole fluids stay downhole. This field attachable system is
designed as a single plug-and-play pressure barrier that fits into sealing bores as small as 1.75” and to
have the flexibility to fit/re-use any existing surface cable infrastructure. It has passed BIW’s rigorous
testing protocol and is available for applications requiring certification for hazardous locations and for
applications where this is not required.

5. Captor Penetrator System
Rated for 300°F and
5000 psi, the Captor Penetrator System covers the majority of ESP well applications and is designed and
tested to handle harsh environments. The Captor system has positive keying between the feedthru and the
surface connector using a Delta-shaped key that engages with a triangle-shaped opening in the feedthru. This
system positively prevents inadvertent rotation of the surface connector when engaged with the
feedthru.
Ease of installation is enhanced because the surface connector may be oriented at one of
three positions with respect to the feedthru.
Surface Connectors are supplied with coupling rings
retained by ball bearings. This retention method ensures longer life, better resistance to corrosion, and
easier engagement.

6. E-ZEE Feed 5000 Wellhead System
The 5K E-Zee Feed is an advanced 2-piece penetrator system intended for use in wells where downhole pressure may vary, such as with hydraulic fracturing. The penetrator is intended for installation from below the tubing hanger. Attachment of the field attachable penetrator to ESP cable is quick, easy, and reliable. When prepared cable conductors are inserted into the contacts, a single compression nut energizes all three seals simultaneously. A secondary PEEK pressure block easily absorbs momentary pressure excursions without damage to penetrator seals or other components.

8. Rubber Molded 2-Piece Penetrator System
For wells with minimal clearance under the tubing hanger, BIW offers 2-piece wellhead penetrator solutions with downhole ESP cable factory assembled to the bottom of the penetrator. These FTLM (Feedthru with Lower Molded) penetrators are an effective answers to clearance problems. FTLM penetrators are installed from below the tubing hanger and secured from above with a retention nut. With a separable surface connector on top, workovers are fast and easy. FTLM penetrators may be built with most types of ESP cables with cable sizes AWG 1, 2 and 4, both flat and round.

9. Rubber Molded 3-Piece Penetrator System
BIW Connector Systems Rubber Molded 3-Piece Penetrator System is a vulcanized elastomeric system, long recognized for superior performance. This design has been optimized for long life and utmost safety with approvals for hazardous locations under Class 1 Division 1, ATEX and IEC. 3-Piece systems offer the simplest installation and workover procedures. Our Rubber Molded 3-Piece Penetrator solutions are one of several technologies designed for safe, reliable and ease of use. The Surface Connectors are supplied with coupling rings retained by ball bearings. This retention method ensures longer life, better resistance to corrosion, and easier engagement. These new seals consist of O-rings that are easily replaced with a special tool, making re-use both easy and safe.
